About the Online Store

How Do I Pay?

You can choose to pay online via Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express or PayPal. All online payments are processed through PayPal. You can also place an order so that we will contact you to arrange payment and shipping details by email or phone.

What if I don't Have a PayPal Account?

A PayPal account is not required. When you are transferred to the PayPal site from our check out, look for "Don't have a PayPal account?" (see below).

Click the link provided, and then fill out the address and payment information.

What Currency are these Prices In?

All prices quoted on this site are in Canadian funds. Foreign exchange rates are calculated at the time of sale by your credit card company.

Can I Return a Purchase?

Jewelry may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase if return shipping is paid.

How Do I Change Quantities or Remove an Item from my Cart?

If you want to order more than one item, first add the product to your cart and then click X Items in your cart (tip: use View your cart if you're not a member or you haven't logged in).

You can change the quantity of any item in your cart, and then click Update Quantity. If you want to take something out of your cart, simply click Remove beside that item and it will be deleted immediately.

Are There Other Charges?

For Canadian customers GST or HST will be applied to the order total. Ontario residents will also be charged PST (provincial sales tax). No taxes are added to international shipments.

How is Shipping Handled?

All shipments are made F.O.B Flesherton, Ontario by Canada Post. The following shipping rates apply:

• Canada: $10.00 plus 6% GST ($10.60)
• US: $15.00
• International: $20.00
  

What about wholesalers?

All the prices listed on the site are retail. If you have a store or gallery and are interested in carrying this jewelry please check the Retail Outlets to see if we are supplying anyone in your area. To date we have been selling primarily in Canada, with some accounts in the USA but we welcome the opportunity to circle the globe!
